PRIVACY POLICY
Effective: June 26, 2026
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This policy describes what information Wherewith Consulting collects when you visit our site or reach out through our contact and scheduling forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who We Are
Wherewith Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at Wherewithconsulting.co . We respect your privacy and are committed to being clear about the personal information we handle. This policy applies to information we collect through our website and the forms linked from it.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact or lead form, book a call through our scheduler, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide:
Your name, email address, and phone number
Your business or company name
Details about your project, goals, or the services you're interested in
Your preferred appointment times and any notes you add when scheduling
Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
If you engage us and pay through our booking platform, payment is handled by that platform's payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
When you visit our site, certain information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request
Schedule, confirm, and manage consultations or appointments
Provide, deliver, and improve our services
Send you information you've asked for, and, where you've agreed, occasional updates about our services
Maintain the security of our site and prevent fraud or abuse
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share your information
We share personal information only in the ways described here:
Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run our business — for example, our client-management and scheduling platform, email tools, and website hosting. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our business, or others.
Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
5. Contact Forms & Scheduling
Our contact form, lead form, and scheduler are provided by HoneyBook, a client-management platform. When you submit a form or book a time, the information you enter is collected and stored by HoneyBook on our behalf so we can respond to you and manage our work together.
HoneyBook processes this information under its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the HoneyBook Privacy Policy (https://www.honeybook.com/legal/privacy) to understand how it handles data, including where that data may be processed.
Our site may also contain links to other third-party websites and tools. This policy covers only our own site, so we recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any other service before sharing your information with it.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to help our site function, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when they're being used. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, and we work with providers that maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Ask us to delete your information
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent you previously gave
Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@wherewithconsulting.co . We'll respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Notice for California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us at admin@wherewithconsulting.co . You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
11. International Visitors
We are based in the United States of America (USA), and our providers may process and store information in the United States or other countries. If you access our site from outside the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in a country whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live.
12. Children's Privacy
Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, if the changes are significant, we'll provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
